At first I thought it would be easy to format my book for both electronic and print editions. After all, Amazon and others say they've made it easy with their online tools. Getting a book ready for publication is, in fact, a very complicated process. My pictures and text would look fine together on one device, but bad on another, and when I fixed one problem, another would arise somewhere else. That's why I turned to Maureen. I had hoped that she could get my book to work in all formats and that's exactly what she did. She also was easy to work with, delivered on time, and answered my many questions. I'm looking forward to working with her again.
